Fast & Reliable UK Delivery 

We provide reliable delivery throughout mainland UK, ensuring your flooring arrives safely and efficiently. Whether you choose our standard or express service, we work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery. Deliveries are made to the delivery address only and do not include carrying goods into the property, unpacking, or positioning products in individual rooms.

Delivery Options

Express Delivery

Need your flooring sooner? Our Express Delivery service is available on most stocked items.

  • Order before 10:00am
  • Delivery within 1–2 working days
  • £15 surcharge applies
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Excludes weekends and bank holidays

Standard Delivery

  • Order before 10:00am
  • Delivery within 3–4 working days
  • Free standard delivery on orders over £500
  • Orders under £500 are subject to a flat-rate delivery charge of £50

Collection

Collection from our warehouse is available by prior arrangement. Please contact us before visiting to confirm stock availability and collection times.

Delivery Times

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Tracking details and an estimated delivery window are usually provided by the courier on the day of delivery.

If you require an AM or PM delivery, please contact us before placing your order. Subject to availability, a £20 surcharge applies for timed AM or PM delivery services.

Delivery Access Requirements

Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery. Deliveries are made to the delivery address only and do not include carrying goods into the property, unpacking, or positioning products in individual rooms.

Please ensure there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle at the delivery address. If there are any restrictions such as narrow roads, parking limitations, weight restrictions, or other access issues, please notify us when placing your order.

Any failed delivery resulting from access restrictions or the absence of a recipient may incur a re-delivery charge.

Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order carefully before signing for receipt.

If any items are damaged, missing, or appear to have been affected during transit, please:

  • Note the issue on the courier's delivery paperwork.
  • Take photographs where possible.
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims for damaged or missing goods may not be accepted if the delivery has been signed for as received in good condition.

Any goods refused at the point of delivery and subsequently found to be undamaged may be subject to return transportation charges.

Important Information

We strongly recommend that you do not arrange installers or fitting appointments until your flooring has been delivered, inspected, and confirmed as satisfactory.

While we work with trusted delivery partners to provide a dependable service, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We cannot accept responsibility for installation costs, contractor fees, delays, or any consequential losses arising from late deliveries.
